不過工資的確是不高，

進生物公司第一年薪可能隻有5萬到七萬左右（包括獎金，signing bonus )。

不少人過幾年去學：PhD, MD, Pharmacy, Physical therapy, Dentist, Vet等。

還有人繼續學：bioinformatics, MBA 等。

也可以幾十年都做laboratory scientist或者research associate. 不過沒有什麽上升空間。
