increase DL, TG,

Lower LDL,

increase MI, stroke, thromboembolic disease, breast cancer,

reudced risk of colon cacer and hip fracture.

Alternative for HRT:

Soy, black cohosh, SSRIs, dietary modifications such as avoidance of spicy foods, caffeine; and incresed aerobic ecercise.
