12/27,有朋自遠方來,不亦樂乎,於是招呼了一幹老校友們吃喝,算是過聖誕晚宴,這晚乃遲到之意,其實是午宴哈,亦可算是提前過新年。
醬爆藕片(老幹媽辣醬+甜麵醬),這個很適合爬梯做,可以提前做出來,不怕吃涼的。:

芥末拌木耳蒟蒻,(醬油和日本綠芥末),開胃菜,爬梯涼菜很合適得喲:

雞肉蘑菇洋蔥餡子的酥皮包子。雞胸切片用Italian seasoning醃一夜入味,第二天和炒香的蘑菇洋蔥,拌成餡子,phyllo dough做皮子,有點象雞肉 wellington。這個做了兩大條哈。其實應當不放蘑菇更好,蘑菇比較愛出水,皮子不容易從下到上烤的層層酥。
