SUMMARY:今天(7月10日星期二)的利率價格和昨天相比基本持平,15年固定的利率變好。目前重新貸款40萬左右帶impound acct的利率30年固定可以做到3.375%!15 年固定不需要impound acct即可以做到2.75%!5/1 ARM可以做到2.625%!購房貸款40萬左右不帶impound acct,30年固定的利率為3.375%,15年固定為2.75%,5/1 ARM仍為2.5%。 |
