I\'m buying a REO house. but since the house is missing AC and heating system, ketchen was stripped, some additions to the house without persimmion and the gargage was converted to a bedroom without permission, the lender requires a renovation loan as well. Could someone provide any help to following questions? Many thanks!!!
1) Is there any way to avoid the renovation loan?
2) If it can\'t ne avoid, do all the additions have to be updated to the code? The house is in CA.
3) Any tips to get a renovation loan quickly and safely?
