This one fell on our lap and hopefully it is indeed a good investment. The house is $25K below market price but will likely need up to $10K repairs in the near future. $1500 to be spent after closing : $1100 in repairs (window/sheet rock/heator valve; blinds will cost about $400 and hubby's labor ;-).
