看了這張照片，我的一個朋友感歎說，眾生不易呀！這在我心裏引起了強烈的反響，於是就寫了這篇博文。 我做了銀行犯罪事件的犧牲品！ 不知誰給了我這麽寬的心，我總覺得犯罪事件離我很遠，銀行是我完全可以信任的地方。從來也沒有想到有一天，我會成為某一銀行犯罪事件中的犧牲品。 事情還得回到2016年。 那年最引人注目的一則新聞就是美國消費者金融保護局（CFPB）指控富國銀行（Wells Fargo）“虛開賬戶”的醜聞。該銀行多達2% 的員工（5,300人）為了虛報業績，在2006到2016期間在客戶不知情的情況下，私自開設了200餘萬個賬戶，包括存款賬戶150萬個，信用卡56.5萬張，導致受害者200多萬美元的損失。 記得當時我聽到這則新聞感到很震驚，深深地歎了一口氣，不禁道，怎麽會？！因為富國銀行是在巴菲特的旗下，而巴菲特在金融界的信譽是極高的。 事隔一年多，Thu, Apr 12, 2018 at 9:19 AM我接到來自富國銀行的E-mail如下 As part of our commitment to make things right, we have entered into a $142 million class action settlement related to the opening of unauthorized accounts.
If you believe Wells Fargo opened a checking, savings, credit card, or line of credit account for you without your permission, or if you purchased identity theft protection from us, you may be entitled to compensation from this fund. If you submit a claim, you may be eligible for reimbursement of fees, compensation for potential impact on your credit, and an additional cash payment based on any money remaining in the fund after benefits and costs are paid out.

Sincerely, The Settlement Administrator 這幾年我們常常搬家，所以重要的信件都寫的是我們永久居住的地址。好久沒回家，大概回去一次在眾多的信件中錯過了這封信。於是我申請了新支票，並且 隔了一段時間就收到了賠款。 前些天和好朋友聊天，她和我提起她女兒最近發現她在Chase Bank的銀行賬戶清零了。給銀行打電話去問，說是銀行接到一封信說是她死了，就把帳清零了。如果這不是第一手信息，真不敢相信這是真事！ 這些年來，天災人禍，特別是新冠大流行，不少的人陷入了財政的危機，社會矛盾在增加，各種犯罪行為上升，“眾生不易呀”！我們真是要提高警惕，盡量避免做任何人的犧牲品。當然，我們也不能忘記，美國是一個具有高度文明的國家，有足夠的法律和製度來保護我們的利益，就像這次，在我不知情的情況下，也得到了應有的賠償。而我朋友女兒的帳戶在得到社保的證明後也迅速得到了恢複。 我把這筆賠款作為生日禮物送給了兒子，提醒他人既不像你想象的那麽壞，也不像你想象的那麽好。 不管世事如何，日子還要美美得過好，那就換個輕鬆的話題吧，吃！ 夏天，最美味的食物就是幾樣心宜的涼麵。缺了它們，這味蕾的報怨恐怕要裝幾籮筐。 這是剛剛做好的一盤涼麵，好香! 用花椒油十蒜末海鹽把蔥花炒出香味，加入小黃瓜和焯過水的鴻喜菇稍加翻炒出鍋。 意大利細麵煮熟，過涼水，澆入上料，加辣椒油、醋和香腸。 哇，香噴噴的，好爽!!! 趕快送給圓導，在圓府裏湊個熱鬧。
