The Christmas Parade

by 席一姐 on 12-07-2005

This December I went in a parade as a Brownie girl scout. This is how the parade started.

In the morning of the 4th of December all the Brownie girl scouts got together at the old Mall. This was a Christmas parade. We began to march at about 12:30 AM and ended at the Community Center at around 1:30 PM. We threw out candies to lots of people who begged for candies. They said Candy! Candy! Then I got an idea. I threw a piece of candy and BONK it on the person who was holding a microphone, and he said, “That is a Zinger!” We said, happy holidays as we pass out the candies. Almost at the end of the parade, we ran out of candies, because everyone was begging!

I saw my friends in the parade and outside of the parade! There were horses on the road, and we even saw the horse’s poops! And we thought it were elephant poops! “EEEEEEEEEEEWW!”

This year’s Christmas parade was so fun that I want to do it again! When we say Happy Holidays, we also said “Ho, ho, ho, Marry Christmas!”
