More than 350 guests were invited to the launch, including some famous faces including actress Holly Valance and Formula One CEO Bernie Ecclestone, reported the Daily Mail.

One Hyde Park residential costs 6.5 million pounds (S$13.3 million) for a one-bedroom apartment and go up to 140 million pounds (S$287 million) for a penthouse. The prices, averaging about 6,000 pounds (S$12,000) a square foot are the highest ever paid for residential space.

According to the Daily Telegraph, the buildings have shared features including a cinema, a 21 million pound (S$43 million) swimming pool, saunas, a gym, a golf simulator and a wine cellar. There are eye scanners in the lifts and panic rooms for added security.
