Due to economic downturn, many companies applied "furlough" policy. What is furlough? Bascially, it is unpaid vacation. My company also had it. We are required to take one week furlough per quarter. That translates to about 7% pay deduction. With two small kids at home, I am very happy to comply with it. I need more time with them, and 7% pay less won't affect my life too much. I hope this furlough can last as long as I want....
