1 lb. ground pork 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper 1 cup sticky rice (It also called Nuo Mi and can be found in any Asia Market) 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tablespoon corn starch 2 tablespoon water
- Soak rice into hot water for about 15 minutes, then drain out water
Meatball
- Mix corn starch and water, then add to meat
- Add and mix the rest of ingredients with meat (It would be better to use blender to mix)
- Make round shaped meatballs
- Coat the meatballs with sticky rice
Place the meatballs into steamer for about 20-25 minutes or until rice becomes crystal clear
