蒸雞蛋羹

雞蛋1 隻 (egg: 1), 溫水1/2 杯 (warm water: 1/2 cup),蒸鍋:水燒開 (boiling water),將打散的雞蛋加入鹽少許,注入溫水 (add little salt to egg, beat egg, add warm water to it),蒸5分鍾, 關火,留在鍋裏5 分鍾,出鍋 (steam 5 min, turn off , leave it in the pot for another 5 min)
