劑子要比盒子小,比餃子稍大一點就好了,分別放入不同的餡,包成兩個盒子

把兩個盒子沒有邊的那麵相對(兩個肚子),如果左角在上,右角就在下, 兩個盒子的邊要重疊在一起至少2~3公分,象這樣

就一個盒子而言,一角在上,一角在下,一定要捏緊,不然經不起油與火的洗禮, 最後勞燕分飛…… 捏合後再捏出花邊,這樣就看不出是怎麽牽的手了
