意式甜椒洋蔥豬排 – Pork Chops with Peperonata
材料:
豬大排, 5片, center-cut loin chops are preferred 鹽, 胡椒,
培根三條切碎, 洋蔥2個切絲, 紅椒, 3個切條, 青辣椒, 4個, 切絲, 2 TB Oregano, 取葉切碎, 1 TB Rosemary, 取葉切碎
紅酒醋, 1/4杯 (幫助肉爛, 但不會酸) 橄欖油醃橄欖, Kalamata olives
做法:
- 豬排, 兩麵撒鹽和黑胡椒, - 加熱鍋, 倒入培根煸出油, 取出, 留油, 放入排骨, 兩麵煎金黃, 取出 - 同一鍋, 放洋蔥, 紅椒,青椒, 炒軟, - 加 oregano, rosemary拌勻, - 加紅酒醋, 把鍋底的焦渣刮鬆, - 放入豬排, 改中小火, 燜煮15分鍾, - 倒入醃橄欖,再燜5分鍾,
配了土豆泥, 牛奶燒開, 關火, 拌入土豆粉, 加點奶油, 鹽, 胡椒.
