意式的酸辣麵 - Spaghetti Alla Puttanesca
這也是我愛吃的意麵,僅次於蛤蜊意麵, 自己做還可以做得更酸更辣, 很開胃, 很好吃.

醬料:
3 TB 初榨橄欖油, EV Olive oil 蒜泥,4-5粒, 橄欖油泡幹辣椒末, 1 tsp 橄欖油泡小魚幹, anchovy, 6條, 牛至, fresh oregano, 2TB 羅勒, fresh basil, 2TB 番茄醬, tomato sauce,14-OZ can 切碎的番茄 1 個, 2 TB 酸花蕾, capers, 1/4 c 切碎的酸小番茄, (in place of kalamata olives) 西芹, Parsley 胡椒, 不要加鹽.
1 LB 意麵, Spaghetti,用鹽開水煮熟,
橄欖油炒香小魚幹, 邊炒邊壓碎, 加幹辣椒末, 蒜泥炒香, 加番茄醬, 番茄, 燒滾, 加牛至, 羅勒, 再燒幹一點汁,倒入煮好的麵, 灑上西芹, 胡椒, 淋上橄欖油, 灑氣司粉, 開吃
