準備的材料原本是做三道菜的, 蔥薑龍蝦, 豆豉蒸生耗, 蘑菇蒜炒西蘭花, 可是等我花了九牛二虎之力把這個家夥收拾完後就精疲力盡啦, 就把它們一鍋煮啦, 沒想到是味道非常好, 一大鍋吃得幾乎不剩, 也可能是大家等餓了, 大家坐那兒半天沒看一道菜上桌, 結果一上來, 就一大鍋的, 咳, 粗人一個呀.
龍蝦燴麵,
用料:
龍蝦 生耗 蔥 (青, 白分開切段,), 薑片, 蘑菇, 西蘭花, 熟烏冬麵, 雞湯, 紹酒, 鹽,糖, 胡椒粉,麻油
製法:
- 西蘭花 汆水,待用
- 生耗蒸熟, 去殼, 切半, 待用
- 蘑菇用鴨油炒香, 待用
- 龍蝦洗淨,斬塊, 鍋燒熱放入鴨油(家裏正好有的),將蔥白段, 薑片爆香, 下龍蝦翻炒幹水, 再倒入紹酒, 雞湯,鹽、糖, 胡椒粉, 用中慢火燜,燜至入味, 加入麵條燒滾, 加入蘑菇, 西蘭花, 生耗, 青蔥段, 麻油拌勻,勾了個很薄的欠, 連鍋端上桌, 享用.
