我跟兒子的晚飯 - 罐烤東坡肉, 耗油意大利芥蘭


罐烤東坡肉-

薑片, 桂皮, 八角, 幹辣椒, 放烤盤底,

五花肉切大方塊用線綁好, 開水汆過, 放砂鍋烤盤裏,

加兩杯紹酒, 一杯醬油, 半杯冰糖, 蓋好, 進烤箱, 開火, 用375F烤3小時, 中間把肉翻麵兩次, 筷子輕便叉入, 就好了.

對了, 跟大家說一下, 我這個砂盤要先泡水15分種, 還要進冷烤箱, 再開火加熱, 可耐高溫.
