燒烤晚飯

很簡單的一頓,還是習慣的向私房的XDJM們匯報一下吧.

做了一個涼粉,用綠豆澱粉對水,1:6, 先用3杯冷水把1杯澱粉和勻,加3杯開水,用小火加熱,慢慢攪動,透明了,就好了,倒進一個容器待涼. 用刨子刨粗絲.

醬: 複合醬油,紅油,麻油,蒜泥,醋,糖,味精,鹽,芝麻醬,花椒油,芝麻,花生末,蔥,紅辣椒.

牛扁排骨, 用Yoshida sauce (any teriyaki sauce is fine),加蒜粉,胡椒,辣椒粉,米淋酒,麻油,醃4小時. 上桌烤好後取出骨頭,用生菜包著吃.
