香茅雞

這個菜我敢試,材料簡單. 就是火候沒掌握好. 加一點綠的MINT,看師傅有綠葉的DD,不知是啥.家裏地裏有辣椒,MINT,香茅, 就用上了. 看起來就是不那麽香,請指點.


材料:去骨雞腿一磅,香茅五支,洋蔥大半個,辣椒,蒜,魚露,糖.


做法:雞腿切成小塊,微醃生粉,滑油備用.洋蔥切塊,香茅,辣椒,蒜頭垛成茸.熱油鍋,下蒜茸香茅辣椒炒香,下魚露與糖炒呈焦色時,下洋蔥快炒,再下過好油的雞腿大火快炒幾分鍾即可.
