泰式烤小雞,泰式涼麵

夏天少炒熱鍋,做這樣的飯輕鬆.

小雞一切二,用醃料醃過夜,放有烤架的烤盤,用450F烤20分鍾,再用350F烤30分鍾.
醃料: 魚露,糖,蒜泥,切碎的香菜,青檸汁,咖哩粉,辣椒粉,椰奶,胡椒,一點鹽

泰式涼麵

細拉麵(蛋麵,米粉也好),黃瓜絲,胡羅卜絲,甜洋蔥絲,香菜(我還用了薄荷葉和BASIL,我家地裏的,不用也行),魚露,糖,青檸汁,蒜油,一點耗油, 碎熟花生.

做主食時,還可以加雞絲,肉片,魚餅都行.
