意式白醬土豆麵疙瘩---Potato Gnocchi in Alfredo Sauce

Alfredo Sauce(白醬): heat all the following in a sauce pan until all all incorporated.

2 cup heavy cream
4 tbs butter
1 cup parmesan cheese
pinch of nutmeg
salt & pepper

Store bought potato gnocchi

西芥蘭花--加鹽的開水燙過,衝冷水,瀝幹,放進一烤盤,澆上幾勺白醬,撒上parmesan cheese,some goat cheese,pepper 進375F烤箱烤30分鍾.

用同鍋開水,下土豆麵疙瘩,一浮上水麵就撈起來,放進盤裏,再把解凍過的熟蝦,放進開水燙過,取出放在盤上,澆上白醬,刨一些Parmesan cheese.

再來一個北海道麵包.
