昨天真熱, 加上又被人誇獎為勤快,就有理由偷懶啦.

Costco 回來,滿載而歸.

化奶油半條, 把Lemon Pepper, Old Bay and Tony's Creole Seasoning (1:1:1)
和好 (其實3樣裏用一樣也行,我心血來潮用了3樣),放一大碗裏,把海鮮(洗淨用紙巾擦幹水)都到進滾一下,放在烤盤上(烤盤鋪好膠墊,放上架子,架子噴上油液PAM,進預熱425F的烤箱,烤15分鍾,擠上檸檬汁,開吃.

前兩天有人介紹這個蒸器,正好用來蒸玉米和Artichokes. 我們把Artichoke蒸好後,一片一片折下來攢Mayo吃, 好吃.
