虎皮椒--幹鍋慢火煸辣椒到皮都象起泡泡了,加油,蔥,薑,蒜,炒香,加老幹媽辣醬,醬油,一點醋和糖,好了.

蠔油淮山鮑菇---油炒鮑菇至軟,加冷藏的鮮淮山,加蠔油,少量醬油,中火煮8分鍾,勾芡,起鍋.
