美式罐燜雞

想做罐悶牛肉,怕燉時間太久,來一個懶人的東西.

材料:

熟雞肉2LB--我這次用了罐頭的,有時買店裏烤好的,有時直接用雞肉放裏炒熟.
Pie crust- 買的現成的
洋蔥,西芹,胡羅卜切丁,大蒜切碎
牛油半條--4TBS
鮮奶油- 1/4 C
Dry Sherry - 1/4 C (白酒)
麵粉--1/2 C
雞湯--半罐7oz
青豆 - 1 C
Bay Leave 3 片--香葉
黑胡椒

中火把牛油放鍋燒化,加洋蔥,西芹,胡羅卜,大蒜炒軟,加麵粉炒斷生,加酒,雞湯,鮮奶油,加香葉,雞,煮熟,加青豆,胡椒,倒進烤盤,蓋上麵皮,烤箱預熱425F,烤20分鍾,取出等待15分鍾吃.
