簡單的糯米雞— 又是一鍋菜的晚飯


材料和做法:

雞小腿6隻: 用鹽醃過夜, 再燙過開水, 涼後把肉撇下來, 皮朝下鋪蓋在大碗底裏, 撒上料酒, 雞精, 白胡椒粉, 薑米 (我這次用了祘, LG不愛吃到薑粒).

有時我用整隻小雞, 從背上剪開, 剪去背骨來墊底, 這樣好看, 但吃起來骨頭麻煩. 還是去骨的 腿肉好吃.

糯米3杯: 泡水過夜, 瀝幹, 拌上 切成丁的 --- 香菇(泡過), 筍(冰凍的比罐頭的好), 香腸(也可以用火腿), 玉米, 豌豆仁, 胡羅卜, 金鉤 (用料酒泡過), 加鹽, 味精, 雞精, 白胡椒粉, 油, 拌好蓋在雞上, 用筷子在米上紮上很多洞口, 上篜鍋蒸2小時. 取出反倒在大盤裏,撒上蔥花, 淋上熱油, 盤邊圍上蕃茄點綴.

這道菜雞嫰飯香,保正不崩牙.
