蕃茄炒蛋--

我家地裏的蕃茄(plum tomatoes),肉特厚,味鮮.

人人都會做蕃茄炒蛋,但我有兩個小絕招和你們分享,一是蛋裏加一點牛奶使蛋滑嫰, 二是抅芡時加一點蕃茄醬味更鮮.

糖醋排骨--這也是大眾菜,我是用懶人方法做的. 小排骨直接用冷油,冰糖,八角,桂皮,幹辣椒慢火煸炒出油,加老抽,料酒,再炒幹水(不加水),加醋,再炒片刻起鍋.

青菜腐皮雞粥--我用罐頭雞肉和雞湯,加碾碎的幹腐皮和切碎炒過的青菜. 米先煮成粥再加東西.
