酒醉之後最好有鍋好粥下肚, 加些豬紅與油條那更不用說了….岡上幾張舊的小吃饞饞大家….各位慢慢請吧!
原料: 豬紅切片,米,薑絲,蔥花,鹽,糖,味精,胡椒粉.油條,老幹媽辣醬.
製作:米洗幹淨.起鍋煮水滾放米大滾然後開小火慢炇成稀粥(煮到不見米,米水合一),下鹽,糖,味精,放豬紅滾約三分鍾後熄火,吃時加些薑絲,灑些蔥花,胡椒粉拌油條.喜吃辣者可加些老幹媽辣醬.
