I signed up a swimming program for baby starting from this Thursday, once a week for 9 weeks.

It is Guardian swimming program for babies from 5 months old to 5 years old.A parent needs to be with baby in the water.

We were late after getting change for baby and myself. We were the last one to get into the water.There were about 8 or 9 babies with their parents in the water. Everyone was holding their baby tight.All the babies were so cute with their tiny bating suits on.My baby looked so cute in her pretty pink bikini.

The instructor and lifeguard is a very young girl.She showed us how to support baby under their armpits,to let the baby float on the water with the head up above the water, to allow the baby kick water with their little feet.

Then she gave each baby a toy to allow baby splashing the water with their little hands,trying hard to catch the floating toys.

The last trick was to put the baby at the edge of the smimming pool with the legs hanging,facing to the parent, then put the toy in the water,encourage baby to slide down to the water to catch the toy.My baby wouldn't slide although I showed her little rubber duck in the water,maybe she was not brave enough,maybe she didn't want to,so I gave her a little push,she was sliding down,in the water.

It was so fun. Too bad the program was only for half hour.

We were happy that we were here to enjoy the water fun. We will be here again next Thursday.
