★饒有風味的徽菜佳肴;巢湖水鮮☆飲食男女,新年快樂!★
上來先長歎一口氣 : 唉~~~~~~~~~原訂12月內去泰國轉一趟的計劃泡湯了! 5555~~~~:-((( 無它, 隻因我最近手頭的工作突然變得忙碌了, 有幾件活兒要趕著完成. 沒辦法, 旅行計劃唯有押後了!~:-(((
不過呢, 反正我泰南泰北的都去過好幾回了. 這次本來也隻是打算去輕鬆渡個假. 做做SPA啦, 泡泡海水啦, 享享美食啦, 逛逛大mall啦... ... 既然計劃趕不上變化要忙一陣子, 那還不如先幹好活. 然後就可以心安理得 悠閑自在地放鬆和充電了!~~~嗬嗬, 我的EQ還可以吧?!:-)))
上次百家雜壇搞活動的時候, 我說過要去旅行還說要回來匯報的. 現在計劃"順延"了, 心裏好像差了點兒什麽似的...
想了一下, 對了! 月初的時候去安徽出差, 有次吃飯時拍了些美食照片. 現在想起來還在回味呢~~~ 不如把這些好吃的發上來, 一來饞饞各位, 二來也算補了回作業! 嗬嗬~~~~ = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =
安徽地處中部地區, 長江淮河一南一北橫貫. 省內巢湖是中國五大淡水湖之一, 水產甚豐. 這次我是在巢湖的岸邊一家餐廳和一大群好朋友共晉午宴. 菜式以 徽菜 為主 ,當然, 也免不了揉合了一些別的菜係特色乃至"洋"菜風格. 加上最最新鮮的 湖鮮 , 不是一般的享受哦.

6# 蟹肉羹 - 將巢湖螃蟹拆肉與多種材料共冶一羹 . 那個甜美呀, 叫人幾乎將舌頭一起吞了~ 巢湖螃蟹與河蟹、江蟹同屬中華絨螯蟹的家族。個大體健,肉肥黃滿,食之無腥味、無土氣、肉鮮味正,營養價值高。

7# 鍋巴白米蝦 - 白蝦的鮮嫩和飯焦(鍋巴)的惹味相得益彰. 巢湖白米蝦,體長透明,肉白籽黃,甲殼甚薄。白蝦加工曬幹製成蝦仁(又稱湖米),故又稱巢湖白米蝦。

8# 銀魚炒蛋 - 這是我久聞大名、垂涎三尺的了! 本來餐單裏沒安排這道菜的, 經我席間提起, 主人家立即派人 到漁民那兒現"淘"來噠 ! 巢湖,以盛產銀魚著名。銀魚,古稱“膾殘魚”,俗稱“麵條魚”、“繡花針魚”。體型小而細長,通體無鱗, 呈半透明乳白色,在陽光照耀下,閃閃發出銀光,故取名“銀魚”。巢湖銀魚雖小,但肉質細嫩,味道鮮美, 營養價值高,含有豐富的蛋白質,可以烹製各種美味佳肴。素有巢湖魚類皇後的譽稱。

白絲魚喜食小魚蝦,遊動快捷,“有浪裹白條”美稱,然而白絲魚出水即死,故市價昂貴。 白絲魚肉質鮮美,烹飪很講究原料,做法細膩,重在保持魚的原汁原味。入口鮮嫩,味濃醇厚。
