做好辣椒醬, 馬上就想做想念了很久的檳城炒粿條(河粉)
這次用的是幹的河粉, 印度肯定是買不到新鮮河粉的啦, 所以事前得先處理一下..
幹的河粉兩片, 先水裏浸上半個小時, 浸軟後加入燒水裏湯, 別煮, 用燙的就行了, 燙好的河粉在水喉的流水下衝至冷卻, 瀝幹, 加入幹淨食油, 撈均, 備用.

先看看材料:
雞胸肉一小片,河粉兩片, 豆芽一大把, 青蔥一把, 臘腸一條, 中蝦5-6隻.
**本來一定要有蛤的, 可是這裏不可能買到那個, 就省去了.

雞肉切片, 加入一點鹽, 麻油, 料酒, 胡椒粉醃上了, 也可以加點薯粉的..

鮮蝦去頭去殼去腸泥.. 蝦殼不丟掉, 洗幹淨, 烘烤幹後做湯, 明天可以吃蝦麵!

豆芽泡水, 印度人賣豆芽不泡水, 所以顏色有點難看.. 將就點了.. :(

鍋裏熱點油, 最好是豬油.. 我用的是普通的食油..

倒入河粉 (粿條), 灑少少水, 炒..

加入豆芽, 快速翻炒..

加入青蔥, 但是先別翻炒, 把河粉推到一邊, 鍋邊留下一個小角落.
**青蔥其實是代替品, 原本是用韭菜的喔..會更好吃, 隻是印度買不到韭菜, 隻好將就了.

倒入一點點的油, 幾滴就好..然後打入一粒蛋.. 攪拌..
