鯧魚兩隻吃不完, 一隻冷凍起來, 一隻做泰式蒸魚..
材料, 新鮮鯧魚一隻, 青檸一隻(檸檬會比較好吃), 指天椒兩隻, 蒜蓉(其實應該用蒜片的, 我把家裏的蒜米都變成蒜蓉了, 隻好用蒜蓉代替了.)

把指天椒切碎, 越碎越好..

鯧魚肚子上劃個叉..兩邊都要劃..幫助入味..

鋪上辣椒蒜蓉 (大魚的話就必須先蒸3分鍾, 倒掉水後才鋪..這是小小魚, 就一起上了..)

撒上精鹽.. 然後擠出青檸汁.. 半隻就夠了..

也有愛加上青蔥和香茅片的.. 我覺得太多材料反而不鮮..
可以上蒸籠了.. 魚小, 隻蒸8分鍾就可以了..
