南瓜和芋頭去皮洗淨切塊,放到微波爐裏轉10分鍾, 熟了就行了..

麵粉300克, 媽媽用的好大的稱..嗬嗬..

幹酵母, baking soda, 椰漿一包, 大約一杯半左右的份量, 還有黃糖嗬雞蛋兩隻, 沒有照進來

把芋頭嗬南瓜分別放到攪拌機裏, 是分開做的哦.. 南瓜嗬芋頭不混合.

倒入三百克麵粉..

加入兩隻雞蛋..

倒入一百五十克的黃糖 (白糖也行)

倒入一茶匙的幹酵母, 半茶匙的 baking soda.. 啟動攪拌機, 把材料攪拌均勻..

攪拌均勻後倒到盆裏, 加入核桃碎..

南瓜發糕的做法一樣, 媽媽把剩餘的芋頭切碎放到發糕上邊了..把做好的paste 放一邊, 發麵一個小時.

放到鍋裏蒸20分鍾,蒸的時候我在忙, 沒有照到..
這是蒸好了的發糕..
