麵團好了之後, 加上幾滴的GHEE把表麵摸一遍,能夠預防麵團幹裂..

放一邊醒一下,五分鍾就夠了, 準備擀麵棒, chapati board..

把麵團均勻的分成四份..在盤裏到點幹麥粉, 粘麵團用的..

在爐子上加上平底鍋,小火烤熱..

在竹籃上放一個幹淨毛巾(已經洗好了的廚房專用蓋食物的毛巾)..

開始擀麵, 把麵團用擀棒擀成圓形.. 我技術不是很好, 不太圓..

把擀好的麵餅放到烤熱的平底鍋 (TAWA)上烤..稍微變色後翻麵再烤.. 麵餅基本上熟了之後, 表麵開始起氣泡..

把麵餅放到爐火上直接烤, 要大火.. 開始臌起來了...

麵餅臌起來像氣球後, 翻一麵再烤一下, 餅香出來就可以了..

在烤好的麵餅上加一點的 GHEE.. 帶點奶油香..

把麵餅放到準備好的籃子裏, 蓋上毛巾..再做另外一片餅..
