紫薯糯米油煎餅

材料:紫薯泥一杯(二個小紫薯),糯米粉二杯,溫水四分之三杯,糖三大勺,烤芝麻少許
 
做法: 紫薯去皮切塊,加水煮熟後,濾幹水壓成薯泥

將紫薯泥,糯米粉,溫水,糖混合拌勻後揉成團,醒三十分鍾

案板上墊張玻璃紙(以防麵團沾在案板上),取四分之一麵團擀平後,撒些芝麻再擀成薄片

用餅幹模壓出花型

平底不粘鍋加三大勺油加熱後,將糯米餅放入,二麵煎黃
