Today I accepted the second offer of the year. It is not even half a month yet. I was expecting January to be fairly slow, probably very few showings and no offer.
Last year the average assessment increased 23% overall here.
It snowed Wednesday and it is quite cold and the road condition is pretty bad. I have been avoiding going out in the past several days. It won't be until Thursday until we have the normal temperature again.
