1、辭職，除了resign還用什麽？我聽同事說好像defender，但是找了半天好像沒有這個意思。

2、拿到兩個offer，第二個offer薪水比第一個高，於是第一家公司出相同的薪水聘請。這個用一個單詞怎麽說？
如果原來的公司也出相同的薪水，也是這個單詞嗎？
