Currently, Obama is spending tax payers money to keep the housing market going, yet, it doesn't work that well. The house sales keep falling. Very few people who can afford to buy new house are qualified to get Obama's money, yet those who are qualified just can't afford to own a house.
The new housing crisis is another government-made. After those can afford to own a house and bought one before 04-15-10, no one will buy houses anymore.
The housing market will be dead for 2-3 more years.
