主料：糯米500克、豬肉(瘦)150克、小麥麵粉400克.
調料：白砂糖1勺、豬油1勺（煉製）、雞精一點、醬油1勺、黃酒1勺、大蔥、薑各適量
做法：
1、將糯米淘洗幹淨，用冷水浸泡5-6小時；
2、糯米瀝去水分，上籠用旺火蒸熟；
3、豬肉切成小丁；蔥薑切末
