所謂混蛋方便麵，就是，餛飩、雞蛋+方便麵~
材料:任意口味方便麵一包，雞蛋一個，冷凍小餛飩若幹，青菜少許。方法:開水加鹽，焯熟青菜備用；雞蛋煎成荷包蛋備用，煮也可以，隨意~先煮熟餛飩，再把方便麵及調料放入煮熟。最後把青菜與荷包蛋加到碗裏就可以吃了。
看上去8錯巴~lol
