慢燉鍋燉肘子裏不用費心思，隻管把認為好的東西扔進去，隨它燉去，第二天晚上就可以取出吃了；接著把燉湯利用一下：（仍然是一個亂燉）白菜/腐竹/粉條（燉肘子時泡上了，還可再泡些香菇或木耳），隻補加了一下鹽.。第三天，把剩的肘子和土豆，梅幹菜燉，之後加上青椒，結果也很好吃。
又成為cookforthearmy了
