選顧問公司作為本科生職業選擇需事先考慮的幾個因素考慮

我女兒的一個P 畢業的朋友比我女兒高一屆，當年他找的是一個小顧問公司，之後找不到合適的工作，在大陸，香港和墨西哥打過短工，自己開公司失敗，最後在Uber 上市前進了Uber, 前二年剛結婚。我女兒當年是以二年top4 consulting 公司經驗（半年associate), 二年charter school (一年 director)資曆, 才申請到現在顧問公司entry level consultant, 前二個月她哥大同屆的校友申請了我女兒公司的intern (為了轉職業），如果轉正後還是要從entry level 開始。所以說對那些想從事consulting 職業的學生一定要想清楚，要有exit plan，MBB 和big 4 還行，沒有名氣的公司要慎重考慮。
