我一直有個關於灣區的疑問

不太好意思問灣區朋友。就是花兩三百萬買個兩千尺的房子這個大家都理解，灣區房子貴嘛；但是都花了兩三百萬了，為啥不再花個幾十萬把房子翻一下。感覺我網上點進一些灣區房子，小是預計中的，但裏麵的裝修或者老式，或者新式但一看材料很普通的。我覺得兩千尺的房子，花個三十萬可以裝修得挺不錯了吧？
