中年失業

今年剛剛過45，就失業了，行業屬於冷門，不好在找工作，現在考慮是就這麽退了，還是重新開始學習點什麽。

現在想著學編程，或是數據分析，又覺得中年大媽，還有兩個上初中的娃，老公工作忙也幫不上忙，困難重重。

家裏所有的資產有4M，其中1.5M自主房，1.5M退休金，還有1M現金，股票，529什麽的。

如果不再找工作，就想買2個投資房管理起來，做做理財。大家有什麽建議嗎？
