Eviction 需要的費用！

位置：南加州，時間： 2018 7月， 請律師一手包辦的eviction時間和費用。

驅逐時間： 7月5號－9月4號， 

花費：Review old file：$175   

3 days notice：$250

File fee：$995

Court filing fee：$ 450

Contested Attorney Fee：$1000

Witness fee （delivery）： $150

total：$3020

 房客租金總是推遲一個月交。最後，扣除房客兩個月的押金，一共損失34天租金和律師費。

最近又谘詢了一個別人推薦的Paralegal firm，他們的服務費用便宜一些，可能是我們去年用的律師一半費用。但是他們會對收到的租金提成，按收到租金時間分別提成20％， 40%，或者 50%。

現在的驅逐，我們決定還是和去年的律師合作，服務不錯，費用很貴，但是這個房客是個硬骨頭，不能有絲毫馬虎。有了這個律師，免得晚上睡不著覺。
