破房子敢買嗎？

微小地主，TF買的一直是單家庭住宅。一直想試一下多家庭，但沒有好DEAL. 今天看到一個4家庭， 價錢不錯，但狀況實在太差了。 裏麵不談，多少還有些經驗。大佬們，看一下外牆。這個有啥風險，能不能修？ 四麵牆都修的話，大概多少費用？ 目標美東。 先謝過了
