Duplex 半年前

上下租客因矛盾幹架，樓下的男朋友（不在合約上，租客是section8) 被逮了。

樓上的這幾天收到法庭信息說樓下的男朋友即將放出，問俺有無辦法不讓此人再住進樓下？

俺覺得很難控製。 

如果睜隻眼閉隻眼的話，以後真出事情，房東會不會惹上negligence 的罪名在法律層麵？
