這房子買不買？

Listing 235K, offer 222K, inspection出來後維修費近三萬，修好後能租$2100左右。duplex, 老墨區。

現在的問題是seller咬死$217K不肯降價，也不回應inspection出來的signifant issue，而且還不肯extend option period, 今天就結束了. Inspector發現廚房和前門有1 inch off, 他是隻測兩個點的，所以要我們找人做foundation inspection, 可是foundation inspection今天才做，報告出不來。seller agent也不管，咬定不延。

這種情況是不是放棄算了？感覺買下來風險有點大，尤其是foundation狀況不明。當時看ceiling有一條crack, 不明顯。開門關門都沒問題。

這是seller market, 但seller上市三周沒有其他offer。
