房子裝修一段時間，如何換鎖最佳？

房子前後四五個門，共用一把鑰匙。包工頭手下人雜。裝修完後得換鎖才安全吧？ 要不要裝修前自己先把大門鎖換了，隻把這扇門的鑰匙給工頭，裝修完後再換回原來的鎖。大門要換成密碼鎖，方便工人們使用嗎？ 大家建議怎麽做好?
