新設計3Bed 1bath 覺得比2 Bed 2Bath好

3bed 1bath 有3個優 點

1. popular，租客多 

2. 租金高

3. 裝修費用低。

所以我改了設計。

設計一：open concept with large kitchen

 

 

 

設計二：Kitchen with formal dinning area

針對設計一進行了修改，把洗衣房的位置改動了並且移動了冰箱的位置，這樣就有dinning area. 個人覺得第二種功 能 性 更 強 更實 用。
