Ranch unit 的設 計問題

總麵積980sqft。furnance在attic.

我打 算把這改 成2 bedroom, 如果原來的bathroom可以共  享就1bath. 如果不行就加一個bath。不清楚中間的是否是 承 重 牆。沒有地下室。

 

 

設計1： 

1： 把廚房設計成L型

2： 把washer and dryer 放進mechanical room
